"We checked into our first room which was a king suite with a separate room for the king bed (we've stayed here before but it's been at least 2 years.) "We absolutely loved having brown stains on our ceiling, mattresses and sheets. The toilet didn’t flush properly, had to beg for towels and toilet paper. Sheets didn’t fit the bed and we had to constantly pull them back on. Beds way too small. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. It was a dismal experience."

"The night manager was hostile when I had trouble opening my door. The key card had to be held a special way to get the door to open. I was tired, and had trouble managing the stairs and she was hostile and agrumentative about staying to vericy I (not she) could open the door. I arrived having to use the bathroom, and there were no facilities available until you checked in. That caused me a lot of physical discomfort. "Excellent overall. Walking distance to the college and Lew Wallace study. Lots of history on the property alone to explore. Street parking only. My only complaint is that the windows are single pane glass and allow in a fair amount of ambient nose. "

"From the moment I got to Attica Inn, the staff was very friendly. It is family owned and super well maintained and clean! I am a single woman traveler and let me tell you- I felt very safe! If you like your bed firm, it’s a great sleep if not, you will be just fine!! Only thing that I would recommend is getting some thicker pillows. But it’s super clean, non smoking, and very affordable. I love supporting a family owned business and I will be coming back! "
