"The rooms were clean and tidy"

"The hotel is really lovely with gorgeous beach views but it is starting to show to wear. The toilet seat was broken, the shower head was falling apart, and the curtains were useless resulting in being woken up with the sunrise. Everything else was good. Happy I brought my earplugs as the construction work next door was loud Monday morning. "

"King Deluxe Room was VERY spacious - capacity when booking online says 2ppl but would fit another 1-2 rollaway beds (if it was available) for kids up to 12-15yrs, or even a small round dining table as a place to eat. Bathroom was great space too, and full-size mirror (a lot of hotels don't have this). Great location esp with Woollies and a lot of dining options literally footsteps away. "The room was clean and spacious for a single traveller. Shower had awesome water power. Lots of clean towels. Noisy in the evening until late from other guests, and then about 8am bins being emptied and trucks delivering to the bottle shop next door. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great stop for a night or two. Close to shops, Moray sport centre."

"The queen sized BED WAS COMFY AND IN GOOD ORDER. THE SHOWER WAS A PROBLEM. A LITLE UNSAFE FOR A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY AS THERE WAS QUJITE A LARGE STEP IN AND STEP OUT. TOO MANY RULES ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THE SHEET OF PAPER GIVEN AT CHECK-IN WAS OFF-PUTTING AND DID NOTHING TO MAKE ME WANT TO STAY HERE AGAIN. "The owner who greeted us upon arrival was friendly, helpful and accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. The supplied continental breakfast was more than adequate and more than we could eat. However, it appeared that the room that we were in, was not really laid out for eating a meal in. "We had a wonderful stay! The view was beautiful and the cabin was very clean, relaxing and spacious! A lovely touch having a welcome bottle of red wine upon arrival too. We will be back next year for our annual family weekend away."
