"He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat. It isn’t. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. "The appt sits across from Highway 1. If you find the orchestral sounds of trains, planes, helicopters, trucks and other types véhicules directly in front and overhead , 24/7, you will enjoy it. Sofas were dated and uncomfortable. The place lacked AC and bug screens on 2/3 windows. It was very hot in late June. On the plus side, it was well equipped, clean, comfortable bed, bathroom newly renovated. Hope the next renovation is to remove carpeting"
