In mid-stay, the power went out in my part of the corridor. Was told that it may take days to fix? How does a hotel not have standby engineers to fix an electricity problem in one part of the hotel? "I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
