I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"Wj verbleven hier 3 nachten met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (5 en 8). Ontvangst was heel goed. Receptioniste was vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ook tijdens ons verblijf was zij altijd bereikbaar en gericht om het verblijf van de gasten zo prettig mogelijk te laten zijn. Onze kamer, inclusief badkamer en kamervloer, was schoon en dus niet met een franse slag gedaan. Wij waren hier erg content mee gezien wij waarde hechtten aan een schone omgeving. "Badkamer had riool geur omdat het te lang droog heeft gestaan. WiFi was slecht of je moet €2,50 per dag betalen. Maar er is ook geen 5g dus via hotspot werken was geen optie. Verder mooie sobere kamer. Geen koffiezetapparaat wel waterkoker. Geen 5 sterren accommodatie."

In 30 years of traveling I’ve never encountered this. "Really nice upmarket hotel right next to the old town of Utrecht, just a 5 minute walk. Nice, decent sized room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast, nice gardens, on-site parking (extra cost)."
