"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff with great amenities"

"I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there for 7 days. I wanted to be outside of Amsterdam downtown and I was well-served! There was a tram almost in front of the hotel, which was convenient in both directions. It is a 10-minute walk to the metro. The breakfast was fantastic! And even more so at the top of the hotel. Beautiful views over Amsterdam. The staff was also extremely helpful and attentive."

"Great hotel at a great location. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly, helpful, and went "over and beyond" to ensure we got everything we needed sorted. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient parking garage on premise (although very narrow so requires some advanced driving and parking skills). Overall we had an amazing experience and will come back again. "

"The location was great and walkable to city center. Staff was very helpful. The only negative was the bathroom - the shower has no door so water gets everywhere on the toilet and floor. We arrived on a very hot & humid day so very happy that the AC worked well."

"we spent 4 nights at this hotel at the end of our trip in the Netherlands. The spa and wellness center was LOVELY. The sauna's and steam rooms were great and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. Just a heads up the pool is in the wellness center, so although kids are allowed it's not really a "jump and splash" kind of pool. We stayed in a family suite which was excellent, spacious, and well designed. The only minor feedback is that there is no air vent in the kids bedroom and if you close the...

"Nice hotel close to the airport and the city! The staff are quite nice and the breakfast is amazing! The restaurant was not very good for dinner - low quality food and overpriced, but not terrible. The pool is quite small and in a hot and humid basement, and there is an extra cost to use the sauna. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped."

"The bed sheet had a stain on it and the facilities appeared to only be wiped down. They may clean it weekly but I was only there for a weekend and only notice daily wipe downs. Other than that towels were brought daily and the facilities appeared to be clean. Overall, it was a good experience since it’s near a lively neighborhood and a couple museums but it was a bit far out from the city center. Great for a short stay but I don’t think I’d stay there for a week"

"Our room and bathroom were very clean and the twin beds very comfortable. It was very hot when we visited so we were grateful for the blackout curtains and large fan! Breakfast was a highlight, absolutely delicious, lots of choice, even for vegetarian and gluten free options, and we enjoyed sitting watching the bicycle “rush hour” going past the window every morning!
