"We loved everything about the property. The location was perfect for us, the staff was so friendly. Be prepared to take your bags down stairs. I didn't see a ramp to do so. Our favorite thing was the jazz in the lobby. Made the start and end to the days even more beautiful."

The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"We absolutely loved this place! The staff were all so friendly and kind. The rooms were nice!! The beds were so comfy! The location was PERFECT. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. One thing to be mindful of, the shower water would randomly change temperature (it would suddenly go ice cold or very hot) and then go back to the normal temperature you set. It was strange. "10/10! Stunning property, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast . Stellar location. Very happy with this hotel. We got here very early and were so jet lagged . Fell asleep in the second floor lounge area and the front desk staff came to find us and tell us our room was ready so we could go have a nap . Room was clean. Little treat on our bed and some nespresso coffee. Shower was lovely, room is soundproofed from the noise of downtown. Blackout shades as well for a nice sleep. Fan to cool off if...
