Lovely hotel. Quiet, clean, smart, great staff.

Great location for a first night in Namibia after a long international flight. Safe area. Close to the delightful Stellenbosch Wine Bar & restaurant.

Stayes in beautiful family lodge with mini kitchen. Pool and terrace was a great place to sit out and enjoy views. Host and staff attentive but nit overbearing. Good location to get into Outjo and neighbouring tourist sites.

Excellent lodge maintained and run to high standards, particularly in the area of catering.

The entire staff was very friendly, starting from security to the reception to housekeeping and to the restaurant. They all made my stay very comfortable. Olga and her colleagues at reception were so helpful with everything. I cannot fault them with anything.

We received a warm welcome on arrival and the staff were superb throughout our four night stay. There was plenty to do with a lovely pool, tennis courts, snooker room and spa. The hotel is ideally placed for visits into Etosha and we took two game drives and had the same knowledgeable guide on both occasions who explained everything about the animals and birds in detail. Excellent unexpected treasure the sundowner drive was great

The staff were super helpful and welcoming. There is a hotel restaurant in the building next door which does breakfast and dinner. The menu looked great but I didn’t get chance to have my breakfast as my transport back to Windhoek arrived at 7am (worth bearing in mind if you are booking a shared shuttle bus back to the city)!

Great apartment in a perfect location. I was on my own, but this would have also been ideal for a family. There is a sauna and hot tub below. Well equipped kitchen. The lady at the reception was friendly and wonderfully helpful. She helped me to get my motorcycle into the garage. I hadn't heard of Henties Bay in the past, it turned out to be a brilliant seaside town for relaxing and walking. There's a good supermarket and restaurants. I had fish and chips at Fishy Corner, and a toasted sandwich...

Clean and convenient. Worth noting that the car park has a height restriction so won't be suitable for the majority of overland vehicles.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are separate from the main building, some further than others. The room was spacious and clean with nice decor and style. A lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Customer service was excellent. Nice room pool and a choice of 3 restaurants, all of which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend.
