"My wife and I found this place in the middle of a week long trip around the Netherlands and Luxumbourg. This place immediately stood out because it was different (a yacht) and that it had the Maria Callas theme. We really enjoyed the ambience and the fascinating history of (what is now) Willem's yacht. "The beds were very comfortable and I liked having a balcony to open for fresh air. "

"This is a nice place,the area was pretty and the cabin was nicely furnished but be aware that no soap, shampoo or dish soap is provided, the toilet room is also very small( like airplane or smaller) Also there is a $95 fee for bed linens as well as a cleaning fee and a deposit on top of what you already paid. "

"Great food at a low price! The staff are all warm and welcoming especially waiter Marcel who was friendly, polite and knowledgeable! The hotel room was very small, the pillows were terrible, we ran out of loo roll in the second day! There were only enough toiletries for one person and the iron didn't take a single crease out of my clothes! The room was quiet except for the hour when the church chimed! Parking is like a max 7 minutes walk so don't pay for it! We were advised it was 15-20 minutes...

"Conveniently located just off the main shopping and eating areas. Only 7 minute walk to the Leiden Central train station and from there it is an easy 15-20 minute train ride to Schiphol airport or 35-40 minutes to Amsterdam Central. We took a direct bus to Keukenhof Gardens from Leiden in April for a wonderful day seeing the tulips. Property is neat and clean and unique in structure, making it a nice change from cookie cutter chain hotels. "
