"Everything about the showboat was truly amazing. My only concern is how old the hallways are and the old carpet and smell. Not to mention how old the elevator and rooms are. For the price we paid o truly believe the rooms should be updated and with more newer items. Also the carpet after you get off the elevator is very nasty. The room was clean some what but again for the price I should have seen so much more."

"What I like best about my stay at Hard Rock was the room and Hotel was very nice and clean. My wife and I really enjoyed the live entertainment in the lounge the night we checked in. Great time great stay be back on the first week of August."

"Check in was a nightmare! Different variable room rates for the upgrade for every person at the counter. The dynamic pricing was silly. From $13-$125. After a manager intervened we agreed the rate was to be $54/night no view. When we got to the room the air conditioning was rattling. Someone came to fix it. Then when we got back after dinner the refrigerator had leaked all over the floor and carpet. After waiting for 30 minutes on the phone to reach someone, maintenance finally came. Then my...

"I love the proximity to public transport to Times Square. Didn’t like that my one of the beds in my suite did not have a headboard."

"In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time"

"Toilet was too close to the shower. Could not sit straight on the toilet or my knees would hit the shower doors. It was worse for my husband since he is a lot taller than I am."

"The reception desk gave me the room key for a room that was already occupied. I never got my wake-up call. There were no amenities in the room. The hotel shuttle worked well."

"We were there for a quick overnight. 4 pm checkin went easily. We walked the property and it seemed to offer amenities that people were enjoying. Such as the pool area. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower water smells like rotten eggs. My husband could not figure out how to get the tv to connect. Location is approx 12 minutes drive to the beach and Cape May destination offerings."

"The Hotel itself and staff were very nice. Everything was clean. Check in was very quick and hassle free. The room itself was a disappointment to be honest. There was only one accessible outlet on one side of the bed and the extension cord for it was very old and breaking apart and it had to be exchanged. The curtain had holes in it so sun was coming through. The rest of the stay was ok"
