"The breakfast menu was hot, fresh, and made to each individuals request. The room was very clean and cozy. My room had a fantastic fireplace and a staff member went above and beyond to light it for me in the evening. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They made sure my room was easily accessible and even brought a microwave upon request. This hotel was located near places I choose to visit and close to several shops. I plan to stay at The Inn of the Governor's in the future. "

"Too cold in room. Turn up heat to 78 kicked on then shut down to 68. I had a cold night. Also high school kids running, screaming down the hall at 10 pm. "

"Great breakfast, they actually had to take time to prepare the ham and green chilies and hashbrowns. The coffee was tastier than any other chain hotel we’ve been to, and we’ve been to a lot. The hot tub and pool were amazing, so clean, and private. There was a miscommunication with our late checkout that we paid for, the cleaning lady kept coming in, but staff was quick to fix it and very nice about it. Would always stay here when in Albuquerque!"

"Air conditioning wasn’t working for the first night of our stay. When I reported this to staff I was told air conditioning went out day before. While I appreciate this is outside the control of the staff at check in I would have like to have been advised air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Otherwise property was great and staff were very helpful."

"Ants were present in the room on two or three different days. Otherwise clean and some of the pillows were the LUMPYESever!!"

"My room was great, clean and quiet. Outside the hotel was a man going thru the trash looking for food, made me sad. I found the desk clerk that checked me in was professionally polite, but not friendly. After a bit of begging on my part, I old and I was tired from driving, he did get me a room at 3:45. The other desk clerk was very friendly and personable. The lobby and halls were very clean. "
