"Best- Amazing ownership and staff. They make you feel at home. This is run like a bed and breakfast across several small buildings with rooms all within walking distance to the Santa Fe plaza. The complimentary breakfast is as good as any restaurant in town.
This is a 3 star hotel but best in class for sure. Access to rooms is from outside. It's very quaint. Choose if you want to be treated like family. If you want pampering you'll prefer a 5 star hotel."

"Horrible experience. Did not stay a secong night. A leak in the room, tun was gross and couldn't sleep because of how thin the glass on sliding glass door to the balcony, loud traffick. Staff was extremely rude. Corporate was extremely nice and refunded our second night. Would bot recommend until remodels. Kind of scary. "
