We were told to book a spa service to use a hot tub. I was very excited due to this being a stopping/resting point on a road trip back home from CA to CO."

"We didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The hotel itself is nice however I found one strand of hair folded in the towel and one still attached to the shower wall! You would think at those nightly rates they would do a better housekeeping!"
