"The bed linens were outstanding. The room was perfectly appointed. The staff who cleaned the room were SUCH LOVELY persons! The wait staff at the restaurant were nice. The bar was enjoyable in the evenings. Room service was good (wish they would leave a copy of the receipt (there was a big jump between the sum of the costs of the dishes and the final amount). The location offered perfect access to many a site. Checkout was so smooth. The bathroom toiletries - all Diptique. Great choice! Wish...

"I think the building is quite old. Overall the hotel is quite old, the elevator, the carpet, etc give an uncomfortable feeling. I think this is quite personal taste, I personally like the bright room."

"Our family had an amazing stay at The Langham on Fifth Avenue! It perfectly balances high-end luxury with being incredibly accommodating for young kids. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way at every step to ensure our trip was perfect—from delivering packages directly to our room to kindly providing extra kitchen utensils and pots for us. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious, family-friendly hotel in New York."
