"I understand that it was a busy weekend in the Rochester area due to graduations, so the high prices were expected. Still paying a high rate when the pool was out of service was disappointing. I had one member of our party that just wanted to swim on their birthday and that didn't happen. From other reviews it appears the pool has been out of service for months. It needs to be removed as an amenity - it is no longer one!"

"the manager, Jamie, was very rude to us. The check-in process was a disaster, with the staff not being able to promptly handle even a modest line of clients (three couples, including us. The staff also never told us that there was major construction works going on. Terrible stay !"
