"Recption staff Aman and Mamgerial staff Zaman were welcoming and courteous. 2 small concerns we had upon check in were delt with promtly and personally checked on by the manager. He even wrote us a hand written not to assure us of the hotel's standard! Our room was a beautiful 2 level suite. Paying for parking in their convenient and secure s4cure self service garage was great.
The location was wonderful. Everything was within walkable distance. The Tram station across the street gave easy...

"The staff was so accommodating! We ended up needing an extra night so we booked via a different website and the staff combined our two reservations and even switched us rooms when a fan wasn’t working to an upgraded view! We were so extremely comfortable and it was the perfect location right in main Devonport a one minute walk to the ferry which we took everyday downtown."

"LOVELY stay-the proprietors Tim and Janet are wonderful hosts-we were allowed to check in early, shared an informal happy hour and they gave us a lot of local information and happenings. Janet showed a lot of personal touches to the room and it was great to have our own patio. HIGHLY recommend!"
