"Great service always"

"Unless you want to sleep in 25 degrees plus don't stay here. Multiple complaints from multiple rooms about poor air conditioning, were told it was fixed but no change. We would come back to the room and temp was set at 29 degrees. Coldest we could get it to was 24 and that was with the fan speed on high which was super loud all night. "地下鉄が開通して、駅からとても近くなった。客室もすばらしかった。レストランのディナー、朝食、スタッフ、良かった。朝食のバイキングの品数がもっとあったほうが良かった。毎日のルームサービスを簡略化すると、10ドルのクーポンがもらえるサービスは、とても良いです。"

"Great one night stay in Auckland CBD cheers"

"Very friendly staff. Great location for ski fields and lots of shops around. Easy access to QT and Arrowtown. Aviods QT traffic."

"Great stay, so close to the spark arena for the concert we went to. Staff were friendly, and the apartment was clean and comfortable."

"Highly recommended! We had a wonderful experience here. The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay . A huge highlight was the breakfast—absolutely delicious and very good quality. My Son Loves the Room and the Food.. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Great hotel & well-priced. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. If you stay here, be prepared to negotiate your way up & down a pretty steep hill when walking to & from central Queenstown. Not suitable for those with mobility challenges. The Coco Cabana serves a delicious coco oat bowl for breakfast. However, it closes at 8:30pm & there is no room service after this time."

"Beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu"
