"The first room we were given had not been cleaned, so we were given another room. When we tried to get into that room, the key would not open the door, requiring a second trip to the office. Once we got into our room, the a/c did not work, requiring a third trip to the office. The maintenance worker checked it out and ended up changing the whole unit, which took 45 minutes.
