"Wow this place was amazing. Loved all the building colors, the plants, the pools. The room was spacious and the bathroom was perfect. A little dark, but better to keep the temperature down. Breakfast was copious and delicious! And the price was great I hope the new owners don’t ch age this by doing unneeded renovations!"

"Very convenient location. Only one staff can speak English. I wish they put a doorbell in the front gate so they can hear that people are coming. They always lock the front gate and most of the time I have to shout to alert them that I’m at the gate. I wish they laundry the pillow cases, towels, and bed sheets so well, coz it smells musty. Breakfast is good. "

"They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "

"Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. I would not recommend anyone to...
