"Beautiful property in SJDS . As a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 this had everything we needed . Food is on the pricier side but one breakfast drink & item is included daily with your stay (portions were big) . Daily shuttle will take you closer to the beach as it is not walking distance. Unfortunately, some of the things advertised on their social media such as “access to a private beach” were not accessible , they could not get us a shuttle to the private beach or provide a clear follow up...

"Schone kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtig hoofdgebouw in koloniale stijl. Goed restaurant. Direct aan het strand. Tennisbaan inclusief. Komen graag nog eens terug!"

"The only think is the TV’s Needs. Some improvements"

"This is a truly magical place. Secluded in an paradise island. Every single staff member did their best to provide us with a top-class experience. We only had one small hiccup with the concierge prior to check-in. We requested guidance in the country entry requirements and, although we were told that they would check with management, they never got back to us. It does not reflect poorly in the concierge but, in my humble opinion, in having the right training from management. No big deal. ...

"Muy buena limpieza el personal muy amable"

"I will highly recommend Contempo whenever traveling to Nicaragua. Will stay there again in a hart beat. 👍"

No te vas a arrepentir! Es un lugar muy lindo."

"This is one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed at... Been staying here for over 10 yrs & it keeps getting better. The free breakfast is always good, staff is very friendly & helpful & the air conditioning is always ice cold"

"Large rooms with a/c and ceiling fan. Breakfast and dinner was included. Staff helpfull in getting a taxi to pick us up. But surrounding neighborhood abit creepy especially at night."

"Cleaan room, breakfast"

"This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a property . To start when we got there we were told no outside food or drink was allowed in the property because we need to buy there food and drinks like wth I can’t bring left overs weird then walking towards the room everything was turned off and it was a ghost town water slides off infants water park off rock climbing nothing no amenities were activity or able to be used I kept walking towards the room . Getting to the room AC didn’t work...

"The place is located next to the shore. It has a beach and cabanas next to it. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. We did horseback riding with the kids and they loved it. The view of the volcan Concepcion is unbeatable. Howling monkeys and others animals are present on site. We stayed in the family cabin and it had a view of the volcano and animals. It was very relaxing! Good restaurant, but the paraiso restaurant, at 15min walk on the beach, is something else!"
