Montigo Resorts Nongsa

"A wonderful hotel with lovely staff. The buggies were always on time when requested, drivers were so polite and friendly. The rooms were huge and the bed, duvet and pillows were so comfortable that we had the best nights sleep here. The private pools were big enough and private and were just the right temperature. We only stayed for 4 nights which was great, but a week would have been even better. The breakfast was delicious and had so much choice and offered different options every day. We did the couples massage and it was so relaxing and the ladies doing it were fantastic. Only negative is that the gym is open air and small. Overall a fantastic hotel and I’d definitely recommend and want to return to."

"What an amazing stay! Really exceeded our expectations!! The villa was amazing- it was huge, very clean and the bed was comfortable and luxurious. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the little details and personalised treatment we received made our stay memorable. The breakfast buffet had so much variety and the food delicious! Thank you Four Points team for making our stay one to remember! We will definitely come back again"

"This is not your typical sterile resort hotel, the same the world over, perfectly serviceable, but with no soul. Banyan Tree Bintan charmed us into loving the place. Yes, the drains may have been a little smelly at times, the doors didn't fit properly and our villa could have done with a refresh, but the privacy, the attention of the staff and the food were all exceptional. It felt like we were properly in Indonesia even though we were less than an hour ferry ride from Singapore. Our villa had an amazing view and was kept spotlessly clean. Housekeeping, delighted in leaving us towel sculptures and decorating our rooms with flowers. The infinity pools were stunningly beautiful and quiet. The massage at the spa was one of the best I've ever had. Staff were delightful, engaging, nothing was too much trouble and issues were dealt with swiftly. They clearly take pride in doing their best. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed - exactly what was needed."

"Enjoy our stay here. The staff’s hospitality is top notch. Keeping in touch with you on all your needs, they can arrange. You don’t really need to leave the hotel area as you can enjoy most of your time in it. The spa is really good! Hands down one of our fav."

"Beautiful and quiet property. Staff was super friendly. Pools were gorgeous, as was the beach. Very clean all around. Breakfast was expansive and staff were very generous with their service. All around, wonderful, quiet spot to rest and enjoy."

"Amazing if you want peace and quiet. Note that there is no aircon in the living and dining room. Only bedrooms had AC. Would have been better if they provided chairs at the balcony. If you want to enjoy the balcony view, you’ll have to stand. Walk over to nearby Turi beach for a better pool and sandy beach. Stayed 3 nights, family."
