"This is a new property, so in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and bedding. We stayed in a deluxe room without ocean view and overlooked a car park, which meant we didn’t use the balcony. Note that bathroom is open and won’t suit everyone. Pool is tiny for size of hotel. Nice rooftop bar but allow very drunk people to dominate the night we went there. The overall service experience is mixed from great to dreadful. Staff who are natural at customer service and those who don’t have a clue....

"We had apartment with ocean view and balcony which I loved. Perfectly located very close to lots of good food and shopping and easy access direct from hotel to supermarket, bottle shop and pub. There is also an op shop right in front of hotel for a preloced bargain. Easy free parking included. No restaurant on site but lots of options very close by. We didn’t have time to use indoor and outdoor pool or gym but they looked good. Would very happily return here."

"Lovely property and we enjoyed our stay, but knowing what we know now, if we returned we would ask for the following: - An upper level room. Ground floor rooms hear every footstep from above and if people are early risers or night owls, you will need earplugs to sleep. - A room with a comfortable couch. "Parking maybe a bit narrow for big cars with bikes/kayaks. But location is ideal. Easy to go anywhere. Shared laundry between the two units up and downstairs is great. I wish it had an air-fryer. It would be much easier to prep/ heat up some food. But I do understand the concern about fire safety. Bathroom has a great size comparing with bedroom. Very nice and clean. I booked a room with attached parking and when we arrived they told us we didn't have parking and that we would have to just find a park somewhere so didn't appreciate that - we were always looking for car spots. Secondly when we went into our room someone had left the smoke detector on the coffee table obviously wasn't working so I immediately took that to reception and they apologised and said it was just forgotten and that it would be fixed.
