The hotel definitely used an interior designer's help, and it looks pretty, not like a plain hotel room. The only tip I can give is that the food during breakfast must be covered. It is painful to see flies over those fresh croissants. It is a rural location, and you can't avoid flies, but they should not be on your food. I guess no one takes this food, and it is wasted. "Very pleased with the hotel as it is in a fab location right in the city heart of Rouen surrounded by the beautiful streets, cafes, bars and shops. The staff were really friendly and accommodating at all times especially helping with my children and making us feel welcome. Our room was comfortable and quiet at night with the window shut, although we didn’t open it for the night we stayed. Definitely recommend and I was fortunate enough to manage a parking space in the underground carpark...

"We stayed in a lot of places in Paris and Normandy. This one was my absolute favorite. We drove from Paris and arrived at dusk. Seeing the Chateau revealed through the hedges in the evening light was magical. We explored the grounds a little later and spotted a fox hunting in a pasture. It was so calm and peaceful. Our room was so spacious and I took the most relaxing bath after a full day of walking on a D-Day tour. The bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast in the morning was delicious....

"Parking for the hotel is a 10 minute walk away across cobblestones because of major structural work on a nearby building. Cannot even drop off bags in front of the hotel because of that. Room was fine and bed very comfortable."
