"This accommodation is basic. The kitchen woul be more useful with better utensils eg a sharp knife, veg peeler, chopping board. The beds were very comfortable with ample bedding and the bathroom and toilet were fine. The WiFi was hopeless. There is ample parking near each apartment. We had a very pleasant stay."

"Not amazing but okay. You pay for a room and that’s what we got. Chose not to eat breakfast so pretty much no contact with anyone. Very scenic but air smelled at time like manure. Maybe fertilizing? Overall it was fine and there for location that fit our plans and the free parking. Our room was not at the chateau but old animal stall building turned into rooms. Toilet extremely loud. "

Slightly off the beaten track which is a benefit in itself, so quiet and amazing stars at night. Andre booked us a table at a local restaurant and that was excellent as well. "Alexandre, our host at the Chateau, was simply wonderful. There are only a few rooms, so it was a very special stay, and the rooms are beautiful and large. The experience he provides is staying in a private home, with a formal living room, a dining room for breakfast, and a sitting room for relaxing.
