"Location is perfect. Room is small, especially the bathroom. Service is bad at the restaurant, we have to wait 25-30minutes for the tea/coffee during breakfast. On the second day we ended up finishing our quick breakfast without having the tea/coffee as we are leaving/checking out soon."

"The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious but had no USB connectors and very few outlets and were hard to reach. Hotel is a bit outdated but there is nothing else that compares in the area. Spa with sauna and steam and huge pool is wonderful. Very strange bar area in red and black sort of a shame it is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Hotel is in a perfect area for shopping and exploring. Breakfast buffet was okay but hot food was not good. Food in bar and dinner...

"O hotel tem uma parte "antiga" (para mim, velha). Não queira ficar lá. A mais contemporânea é 100 vezes melhor. Tanto que troquei de quarto. É um hotel interessante mas não oferece nada além do básico. Não dá para comer nada fora dos horários de almoço e jantar nos dois únicos restaurantes que tem. Se pedir alguma coisa no quarto precisa escolher horário de entrega (o que pedi teria que esperar mais de uma hora para trazerem). Não voltaria."

"Personnel charmant mais l’hôtel n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur des prestations d’un hôtel de ce niveau référence sur le site
- chambre a 1900 euros pour trois nuits au premier donnant sur la route (changement demandé mais seulement accepté avec paiement complémentaire, quel sens commercial !!! )
- un tout petit bar et la même salle servant au petit déjeuner et au restaurant
- soins du Spa inaccessibles avant trois semaines
- hôtel sans doute rafraîchi mais avec matériaux de qualité moyenne...
