"The rooms were beautiful and mostly clean, one of our rooms had a mildew smell abut kind of expected given the location. It's incredible to me there even is running water or electricity. Breakfast was great, fun to be staying right there, but be prepared for many many stairs. "

"The room was a small room with a musty bathroom. It was grand for just one night. It was centrally located - in an annex of the hotel where the reception was. The view was of the overgrown yard space. You are paying to stay on Mont Saint Michel not for luxurious surroundings. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant and was good and plentiful. Parking was a mystery - we were told to go to a hotel on the mainland to get instructions about our hotel location but no advice was given about how to access...

"L'établissement a des problèmes pour obtenir l'eau chaude. Il est même écrit sur les parois de douche d'attendre quelques minutes avant que celle-ci arrive... (malgré cela ce n'est pas toujours le cas, sans compter que l'impact environnemental laisse à désirer). Des problèmes de connexion persistent également sur la TV de la chambre : impossible de regarder une émission en continu. Très dommageable !!"

The young woman (brunette) who checked us in and served us wine that afternoon and evening was incredibly sweet and welcoming! A wonderful hostess! We highly recommend! "

"Did not have air conditioning which was not an issue for us as it was low 60s. We left windows open for awhile and not screens on the windows so we did have some bugs but was totally fine. They had nice fans in the rooms. Great location and an incredible nice small bar/longue with incredible ambiance with the fire lit, comfy leather chairs. Right where you want to stay stay. Breakfast was also very good."

"Breakfast was limited but made for great option to start day. Room was on smaller side but comfortable and perfect for our family of four. Great location in town, convenient to shopping, restaurants and tour pickups. Overall great stay and we hope to return for a future visit. "

"Location is perfect. Room is small, especially the bathroom. Service is bad at the restaurant, we have to wait 25-30minutes for the tea/coffee during breakfast. On the second day we ended up finishing our quick breakfast without having the tea/coffee as we are leaving/checking out soon."
