"The property was beautiful. Our room felt dated. The staff was hit and miss. The food was ok, but overpriced for what it was. Overall, it was great and we left the property often to dine elsewhere and go sightseeing."

"Internet reception very poor inside building. Fee for premium WiFi needed if you need internet inside your room. Grounds are natural and beautiful. Staff consistently friendly and helpful."

"We had to wait in an hour and a hald line to check in and get a key...there was no online check in (also, there were many elderly waiting in the line and not offered chairs or assistance). Many of the staff areas were understaffed...with many staff working at least 3 jobs (for instance, at the food bar by the pool there was one person taking orders, making cocktails, AND making the food...so we had another hour wasted just trying to get food) and only one staff member was near another busy...

"We had a fantastic stay at the Reef House in Key Largo! They won us over right from the start—when we asked about a possible upgrade, they went above and beyond. We had originally booked a one-room with two beds and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom with a kitchen and living room. We were so impressed!

"My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon, and we honestly couldn’t recommend this place more!
