"Typical NYC hotel room, small and has the basics, recently renovated and clean. I would agree with others regarding the elevator situation, but if you're not in a rush or give yourself enough time, it wasn't bad. Also, a bit disorganized when it came to check in/out and the baggage service. The location makes it."

"This place is the absolute best! Jalissa hooked me up upon check in , was there to see Sebastian and the whole weekend was unbelievable. The restaurants and the bonfire totally exceeded my expectations . I was even able to find a quiet place to connect over coffee on a Friday morning. I love it here and cannot wait to come back, keep up the good work"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The staff are great and helpful, however, the rooms are dated. The bathroom smelled like urine, the room smelled muggy, and the shower needed to be bleached/changed as the tile grout is black. The pool needed to be checked for chlorine level as it the pool water smelled. The entertainment was great though."
