"Let's be honest, it's an old hotel. We knew that going into it and stayed based on central location and being affordable. Wasn't expecting more than that, but a shower curtain & clean towels would've been nice! Half glass shower, with a shower curtain rod, but no shower curtain. Needless to say the bathroom floor was soaked our entire stay. It was disgusting! We requested towels multiple times, multiple days, but never received them. At check-in we clicked to have housekeeping service but never...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The villa was spacious and had so many convenient amenities available. It was clean and just what we needed to relax. Just a short walk from the pool and enjoyed the fountain from the balcony."

"The fridge didn’t work and was leaking, left an odor in the room, tv didn’t work and the remote wouldn’t work as well, staff complained how they hate working there and it showed when being asked for help"
