"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"I was laying in the bed watching tv, when something caught my eye. It was a roach crawling on my pillow. I jumped up and tried to kill it, but it got away. I immediately called the front desk to ask for a room change, but the front desk clerk advised that they were completely book. I advised that I wasn't staying in that room and they had to do something. He asked if I'd like someone to come to the room to try to get rid of it. I said yes. The guy came and at first we couldn't find the roach....

"The room we got was a decent size however the television would work intermittently and the toilet would make bubbling noise. But the worse part of it all was that upon checking in, the front desk asks me how many rooms did I book, I say one and then she asks if I read the fine print of Expedia when booking. I say no, she then tells me that due to how we booked with Expedia that Sahara gets to choose the room and because a convention is happening along with a festival occurring. They had no two...
