"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The property is great. Paying to park is an added fee that is unnecessary on top of an already pricey location. The checking-in process needs to be more stream-lined as well. It takes too long, especially after a long day of travel."

"The hallways were hot and muggy. They had large floor fans running in each hallway but that didn’t help much. The elevator was down for a bit. One cart to carry luggage in the whole place which was never available. Our room smelled extremely musty almost like cat pee. Best thing about the breakfast was the lady who was working that area, she was amazing and deserves a raise. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Food was not good at all.
