"The property was pretty. However it was not as expected. My husband also got food poisoning on the first day we arrived. Had in room dining and dinner at the Ollevilla, after that he ended up back in the room in the bathroom all night. It was our anniversary and it was a horrible experience."

"We love Flanigan’s Inn have stayed there 3 times. The staff is very accommodating. Location within walking distance to National Park entrance and the setting feels like you are in an oasis within the park."

"The room was very comfortable & what I expected from the pictures. The best treat was the spa experience. We enjoyed the workout facility, massages, the sauna, magnesium outdoor hot tub, adult pool etc. Food was good. We enjoyed biking from hotel into town. Lovina had amazing brunch. Fan of the Napa/Calistoga Valley area! We’ll be back."

"The cleaning staff was not the greatest they even missed a day, despite us making sure when we departed the room, they understood we needed a quick clean. We had to request the front desk bring towels, coffee and clean mugs. A 6 day stay and we had to ask everyday for coffee pods ( last day they left none and one day they left only tea) Also, we had to request TP and tissue (didn’t replace empties). This is not the service expected at the resort. The staff was otherwise friendly and helpful. ...
