"1. We tried beds in 3 different rooms and all were awful. Completely warn out with no support.
2. Asked concierge to recommend a kayak trip but didn't know anything about it.
3. All of the rooms and public spaces needed cleaning and updating. Broken trim on the internal stairs in the lobby. Really shabby.
3. Breakfast was absolutely great!"

"Det Hanseatiske Hotel is full of character and perfectly located in the heart of Bergen’s historic old town, making it an excellent base for exploring the city on foot. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the included breakfast buffet offered a great selection to start each day.
