You can be in Bordeaux’s historic center in less than 20 minutes and if you’re traveling to the next destination by train, the train station (Saint-Jeanne) is just half an hour away at just 3.3 Euros per person. Our hotel room was very nice, although a little awkward to get to within the hotel. Location was a 5-10 minute walk to a large area for restaurants, shopping and public transportation and then not much further to the riverfront area. "
