"21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out.
The shower/tub floor was very slippery.
You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm
Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm...

"Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded.
Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. "

"Multiple issues within the room. Room wasn’t restocked, maintenance issues with bathroom door about to fall off, soap dispensers empty, mini fridge had previous guests leftovers, one towel, tap from a party on the ceiling. "
