"Cures resort. The added benefit of getting early access to cedar point was huge. I wish it would have had a pool open past 8pm though. The water park closed at 8 and having a nice lounging pool would have been nice after spending the day at the park. The room was fine. Comfy and convenient..our table was broken and saw some wear in places. Would have liked to have had a coffee maker in the room. Food was kinda pricy in the resort but overall a nice place."

"This was our first and last time at Great Wolf Lodge. We were new to the place was not prepared for all of the underlying charges. We used the gift shop to buy hair products and ended up with a Doordash charge 5 minutes afterwards. We did not use Doordash the entire trip. When speaking with the front desk they blamed us for being "careless." I am not fully discrediting GWL just don't be like us and think because it's family oriented, it's family caring!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. They ran out of towels which was unfortunate. Upon arrival, one of the beds had hair all over the bedspread and the floor was not very clean. There were cobwebs on the lights and the water pressure was limited."

"We were in Cleveland for our son's wedding. This hotel was recommended by a friend who loves the "happy hour" every evening as well as the breakfast. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy happy hour but were able to have breakfast Saturday morning. I know the breakfast hours are different on the weekend but it would have been nice to have the hours extended until at least checkout time. My only other gripe was the cost for valet parking. I know it costs a lot to park in Cleveland but for cost of...
