Cari Hotel di Ohio

"The property was beautiful. The room was clean everything worked well. The nice free breakfast was cool although they could use some flavored creamer. The scavenger hunt and questions great add to the fun. Also love the lock idea!! Staff was friendly and helpful 🙂"

"Internet was down for most of the day. 2 of the water parks features were not available. Food is horrible. Would not recommend at all."

"I have stayed at many hotels. Hands down this is the worst hotel staff that I have ever dealt with. My room was gross upon check in. Four of the six pillows had a pink substance or hair all over them. There was also hair on the beds that wasn’t ours. I went to the front desk immediately and waited in line for 25 minutes and the answer was to send housekeeping back up sometime to take care of it. The person at the desk was unapologetic and curt. She really should not be working in customer...

"Beautiful place! We traveled with a one year-old and the baby pool was closed the day we were there. That was a big disappointment for us as our little one was overpowered in the larger pool and not a fan of the lazy river. All in all we had a beautiful stay and will definitely go back."

"Great wolf lodge was a fun quick getaway for the family. We brought our 8 and 10 year old. They were excited for some of the Halloween events but once we got to the main hall, they realized it was geared towards smaller kids. We enjoyed our time but everything was just really escalated in price. It cost us nearly $200 just to play in the arcade a bit"

"Room was clean but room itself is a little dated and shows wear and tear. Also had issues with room not getting serviced in a timely manner. The attached restaurant has good food and drinks and the location is good to explore downtown."

"staff was very friendly and room looked very well"

"Perfect location for Cavs game and nearby dining. Lounge made really good martini and gimlet."

"The front desk team was amazing. Hotel was under construction and elevator delays. My only concern was the room I was placed in! Was large and I appreciated that. But there were so many projects half done. Towel hook off wall, paint was consistent, curtain rods were irregular. Walls had patches. Also, housekeeping only cleaned the room one day out of four and it was missing a remote."

"Nice staff, clean rooms, decent breakfast"
