"The gentleman who checked me in (close to midnight) was wonderful. We were exhausted from a delayed flight, and he made things so easy. We had a good experience overnight. When we went to shower ADA shower bench did not go up, and the toilet didn’t want to flush until we tried multiple times. When we went to breakfast the gentleman was just reading his newspaper instead of tending to the guests food. "Great value for the price! Any comments would be arbitrary, yet perhaps helpful for management. Beds and bedding were satisfactory (considering price!). Room for improvement. Bathroom soaps and shampoos were fabulous! Only one complaint - a coffee pot would have been enjoyed in the room. For many, lounging in a hotel room with a cup of coffee is the best way to begin a day. Instead, you have to get dressed and head to the lobby for coffee. Again, just a suggestion!"

"The whole hotel - from the moment you stepped through the door to our guest room - smelled awful like cigarette smoke. All of our belongings (clothes, luggage, water bottles, hats, etc.) all took on cigarette smoke. It's a non-smoking hotel, supposedly, but it smelt like they just hosted a cigarette conference. It also took us about 15 minutes to check in due to no one at the desk."
