"Front desk staff were great, but vendor staff could improve their interpersonal skills by smiling, looking at you, acknowledging your presence, handing towels and not just tossing those at you, and a simple have a good one will help, even a you welcome in response."

"I stay here at least once a year and have done so for the last five years the staff is excellent. My room is always perfect. Never missing anything. Room service is available. Anything you need extra is brought to your room. Plenty of places to eat close and the pool and swim up bar are fantastic."

"The check in process was easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The elevators were clean. We ate at one of the restaurants in the casino, and the food was good, The price’s were great. Drinks at the bar were very reasonable. All in all, we highly recommend the Hard Rock hotel and Casino for a great weekend getaway."

"Property looked like it was nice at one point but hasn't been kept up. The bar and restaurant were closed on a friday night even though it was said it was open. Only 1 towel for the room. AC barely worked. Kids roaming hallway through the night and one even pulled the fire alarm."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, beautiful and felt like a princess. Paid for the presidential club access but not sure it was worth it. No snacks as they claimed except cheese sticks. Breakfast carry option was great but if you advertise this you should at least have milk for the cereal."

"It was just okay. Not something I will really look into booking again unless it's an amazing deal I can't pass up. Neither bed had fitted sheets, just loose sheets. There's no minifridge. Our toilet paper roll holder was broken on the ground when we got to our room. The curtain rod had plastic that was twisted so it wouldn't close completely. The water pressure is crazy low, and the door/walls are thin. We were a few doors down from the hotel's main entrance and heard people coming and going all...

"It's a older hotel with popcorn ceilings and not a very good repaint job. Many of the guest with kids took advantage of the pool/hot tub during our stay including us. There was so many that it was almost too many for such a small pool. It was also concerning the lady behind the desk had mace on her lanyard as well as another man who worked there with had mace+a big knife. Really made me think the area was not a safe place."

"Great location! Close walk to everything downtown. Older hotel, but interior is recently updated. Clean room, comfy sheets and pillows. Great buffet breakfast - maybe not worth the price if you purchase separately, but definitely worth a few extra bucks to add it into the room rate. Would stay again!"

"We needed two extra pillows because the pillows were small flat, and too soft. I left with a sore neck and shoulders and not a great sleep. Otherwise, room a hotel were clean, staff was great, breakfast was awesome, AC was perfect and TV had a sleep timer which is a must! We will stay at a tru again."
