"Overall just a nightmare to deal with. Lots of saying one thing and then not being able to follow through."

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside would be the parking situation, which the staff was very helpful in explaining it. I also love how i cant hear people out in the hallway or next door. Lots of privacy and rest."

"The breakfast was cold, what was left of it anyways. Bath tub wouldn’t drain as we took a shower. No hot water. We were given 3 towels and were told they didn’t have more when we asked. Air in room barely worked. "

"Room was fine and clean. Morning and afternoon front desk were a delight! Parking is awful there, I get it’s limited but they had a sold out hotel. We were told we could park in an additional lot, but then was told we could not. We were informed we would not have to pay for parking-but would have to park several blocks down the road. We were then informed they were giving out 4-5 parking passes per room. The evening staff was not great- ironically they had front row parking. Any time I tried...

"My daughter and I stayed in a queen studio for a 3-day dance competition (only a quick 10 minute drive to the Civic Center👍) The entire complex is very clean and our room was too. We really enjoyed having a kitchen with a full sized fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full set of CLEAN silverware, and enough well kept utensils/cookware to make a few meals together.
