"We got a good room during our stay. Very close to front desk so we don't have to drag our huge luggage very far. Walking distance to both parks is a plus, save us couple of bucks. Free breakfast is a plus"

"Toilet was not functioning after check-in and when we let the front desk know, we were told that we could not switch rooms and that we would have to wait until morning to have maintenance come and look at it and to use the lobby restroom. After a long day of driving this was extremely inconvenient especially since our room was on the opposite side of the lobby. "This was our second time booking at this location the first time was before it was Sonesta, it was Great the first time around 2nd time whomp! For starters the pool was not accessible we would need to travel to another hotel (drive) which really took the fun out of it for us personally. They did compensate us for not being able to use the pool and did not charge us a nightly parking fee but still a point of from us for that pool situation. 3rd the beds! So uncomfortable don’t even get me started...

"Great location, service and value. Only negative would be updating the kids suite it is dated but the space makes up for it. Front desk staff and housekeeping fantastic. Location is Fantastic just fa away enough to miss the big Disney crowds. Tips: Shuttle is great value $7 per person all day $10 credit for Deli don’t forget to use"

"Cafe in the lobby is nice but understaffed. Many people standing in line during the morning rushed ended up leaving before placing an order. The hotel charges a $25 per day resort fee but gives you that amount at credit at the cafe. It appears it’s understaffed intentionally. We checked in and headed straight to dinner. "The room we reserved was very old. We liked the Disneyland details throughout the room. The bathroom, on top of the shower head in the ceiling there was rust around the vent. The room is very small and definitely needs a makeover. Note, we had stated the night before the at Hyatt in San Diego. Staying here was a downgrade. "

"Room was pretty clean a few spots on the carpet but my socks didn’t turn black from walking on the carpet. I enjoyed the daily maid service. We were really only here to sleep and it served that purpose. The shower head was broken and it really struggled to get a good stream of water. Make sure you book the “deluxe” room or you will not have a microwave/ refrigerator I had to pay an extra $70 for our 4 night stay to get this “upgrade”. Uber or Lyft are your best option to get to/from Disneyland....
