"First of all customer service is excellent. However, it's an older hotel. When we got there late in the night, the pillow cases (4) still have previous customer's sweat on them. They smelled Horrible! We complained the next morning and they changed out the pillows. Sink and bath tub have slight yellow stains. "The lobby is beautiful and the open area for breakfast, as well as great breakfast options. The rooms are VERY old and bandaids for updates have been done.
