"The staff is excellent and friendly. The property and the rooms are well maintained. It was so nice to have a fireplace in the room, too. We felt right at home here. It was great! The Seaside Aquarium is right next door and well worth the visit. It was so nice to be just a few walkable blocks from the busyness on Broadway and not be right on top of it. If you are looking for swanky and new, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for clean and comfortable accommodations...

"Everything was perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The views from our room 1901 were beautiful. The bedding was very comfortable. The amenities, such as the Nespresso machine, robes, mini-fridge and toiletries were a bonus. The location is walkable to many attractions. Would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel sits on a hill which allows good views of the ocean. The setting was filled with trees, flowers and beautifully showed off the Oregon coast. The people transporting us to our room and back to the front desk were nice particularly Juan. The only disappointment was some of the front desk staff who were short and seemed to be bothered whenever we asked a question. Overall we would stay there again."

"The lobby staff was friendly until I tried checking in at 4pm. The staff member called someone and said she was leaving with no replacement to get any customers checked in. The manager came in and got everyone checked in and was very nice and apologetic. Later in the evening on my first night in my room I found out that the toliet in the bedroom did not flush, I notified the desk the next morning and they has maintenance come fix it will I was out. Would like to have had a screen on the slider...
