"Very nice property right on the beach."

"Great location near Cannon Beach. Overall was ok to good. Not 5 stars cuz no A/C and was not advised as so in the listing. My room faced parking lot courtyard so no ocean breeze, had a walkway directly next to door and window. So window open was noisy, didn't help to get cooler air in, and felt unsafe. Box fan was provided but was beat up and only high speeds so just blew stuffy hot air around. Bad sleep."

"My two year old found a water bottle cap within 30 seconds of being in the room which was not from us. That immediately made me wonder how well the room had been cleaned. The blow dryer did not work and was quite old as well as the shampoo dispenser popped off the wall every time you attempted to use it. That said, the price for the room was lower than a lot of nearby competition so you get what you pay for I suppose."

"Our room didn’t have A/C, only a portable (dusty) fan. Our fault for not noticing when we booked a room with partial view. We requested a second fan for the room which was also dusty."

"We will never stay here again. You get charged to use the pool (as a hotel guest), charged for parking (as a hotel guest). When I asked about that they said it covers the “upkeep of the resort”. It’s not a resort, it’s a hotel. In Bend, OR not Las Vegas. The room had no microwave and was very minimal in general for what we paid."

"The good! This location is one of my absolute favorites and the sunsets are breathtaking. It’s a hop, skip and a jump to get to the beach, it’s close to the casino if that’s your thing. Grocery Store and liquor store are real close too. You can stay on the back roads and avoid 101. The not good 😬. This property is not being maintained even on a basic level. "The location is perfect, a serene setting that is close to good restaurants and event centers. Staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and quiet. Very satisfied."

"The room was clean, the hot tub was also clean they set out robes for us before our arrival. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Also was nice they had snacks in the lobby that we could purchase instead of driving to the store late at night. Me and my husband will definitely be staying again there for our next beach getaway away"

"Room was clean, the furniture are old but clean. beautiful bay view and just there by the water. Dogs are welcome but no smell of pet . I wish if staffs are more friendly."

"A quick trip to the beach was a last minute change of plans. I was looking for an inexpensive room for two nights. That is what I got. The room was fine, but the remodeling is lipstick on a pig. No AC, just a room fan (not even ceiling). Everything seemed clean, but lower budget. Sign in the bathroom said to wait 20 minutes between showers to ensure enough hot water."
