So lucky to mingle with the owner of the hotel and family and they were so down to earth and helpful.The time they knew when our flight was cancelled, the staff did not hesitate to help us extend our stay. They offer the best room they have with a minimal fee for us not to worry looking for another hotel. What a superb customer service it is! "

"The staff were patient and very friendly . They helped when we needed tricycles and taxis , and helped arrange out boat tour . The grounds were beautiful .. the pool and restaurant and beach were well kept and we really enjoyed swimming in the pool and the beach . It’s within walking distances to restaurants along the beach. This was gorgeous at sunset . The one downside is that the room balcony was very shady and dark and so the interior of the tom was dark . And room was not well lit so we...

"Place is very quiet. Bed is comfy, breakfast is great and most of all, A/C is perfect."

"Beautiful hotel, food is amazing, views epic. Only negative is Lawin room, a beach front cottage backs on to a very noisy bar, the music should stop at 10pm, it didn’t one night and the hotel did respond and speak to the bar and they provide earplugs. But whilst having evening showers you do feel like you are at a youth hostel disco! With the base coming into the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but ask not to be near the bar. "

"Overall, the customer service and hospitality is excellent! Especially during our private excursions, and morning brunch was always great! My only negative comments would be to remove all the debris and trash from leftover construction materials on the side of the hotel, very much an eye sore for the customers. The pool needed chemical treatment as the water was green. Lastly, our AC did not function well on our last day. "

"We loved our stay - great staff, attentive and the complimentary shuttle was a nice touch. The only thing they should work on is the massage service. The AC was blasting, when you are butt naked getting a massage you want the room to be a nice temperature. Other than that, a 10 out of 10. We loved the geckos and their sounds!"
