As soon as we pushed our luggage out of the door of our accommodation staff nearby rushed over to take it for us; they are attentive and very helpful. The pool is cooler than normal Philippines pools - we found this to be better because it was easier to cool down and relax in the heat again. No kids running around was a big bonus.
