"Clean, updated room. Shower could have been a little cleaner. Staff was absolutely lovely. Amenities were great, nice pool, outdoor shower, decent gym, kitchen made great food. Very close to the airport and Lío beach. Quiet at night We did get stomach issues during our stay, though we tried to be very careful. Cant say for certain it was due to food at the hotel but be wary of the water while you shower, no ice, only bottled water, only cooked food, etc."

Staff is friendly and helped us get a motor scooter delivered right to the hotel for a reasonable prize. For a two day stay, it was a excellent choice. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Hotel is located on a beautiful island. The beach is incredible. The staff was OK but you ate at the mercy of their time schedule. We had a lot of No’s. The rooms are fair. Could’ve been more clean. The airport drop off is way too early. We spent a long time at the airport with only 1 terminal. It’s unnecessary. The boats to town are 45 min away so be prepared for that. The tours are over priced through the hotel. Very very over priced. 3-4 x the cost outside. Staff was friendly. ...

"The island was beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The massage at night was awesome! Beautiful walk to the facility and great view of fishes while getting massaged through the glass floors. "

"What a wonderful stay we had in the Jaglo 1 Villa. From the check-in to the checkout, everything was absolutely wonderful. The Philippines spirit of hospitality is very apparent and the staff goes out of their way to make their guests very happy. I would highly recommend staying here for anybody visiting El Nido. Be aware it is on a mountain side so very hilly. If you cannot walk comfortably up hills and down hills, you will struggle to stay at this property. Thank you again to the entire team...

"If you are on your honeymoon, or on a romantic getaway, this is the IDEAL place to stay. But I had gone with one of my friends, so at first, I was so disappointed to find out that we were stuck on this island, so far away from El Nido, and that there was no boat service to and from El Nido after 5 pm. When I found out about this I asked them if I could cancel my reservation a week before we arrived, but they would not let me. We would not even be able to make it to the beautiful island hopping...

"The hotel was nice but a lot of things weren’t working during our stay! We were there for 3 nights and for 2 the hotel had no wifi. This was tricky since we are from out of the country. We couldn’t contact family, look up places to eat, or use maps/gps to get into town. There was no hot water in the shower which I guess is a small thing but still missed haha. The beds are really tough! Not soft at all. They also charge you for airport transfer per person while everywhere else we stayed had it...

"The room is clean and good size for couple. The comfort room is clean and good size. I stayed in top floor ocean view with veranda. The staff are courteous and helpful, good communication skills. The Breakfast buffet was superb caters for local and international dishes. The Bar in the swimming pool was good. The hotel “ sari sari store” where I bought souvenirs and ocean bags were reasonable prices. The tour packages were priced reasonably. Definitely! recommend this Hotel Resort."

"We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay. Setting was stunning, with the beautiful beach and sea. 2 lovely pools, free rental for kayaks, paddle boards and snorkels. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were exceptional, especially Acea who worked in the restaurants. Food in the restaurants at night was very nice but breakfast wasnt to my taste. Trees full of fruit bats were a special treat."
