"I booked the family delux room - 1 queen bed and a single bed. I was expecting a newly renovated room. For the price I paid, the room paint was falling off, you have to leave the aircon on 24/7 so it's freezing cold in the room. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent, and the temperature of the water is freezing cold. The positives were the reception staff were lovely, the pools were empty on a sunday morning (although the water was a little cold), we always had fresh water bottles and...

The manager was welcoming, helpful and responded readily to our requests. The property was clean, spacious and well appointed. The pool area and breakfast provided was excellent value."
