"Clean and spacious rooms."

"Loved everything"

"I am extremely disappointed at the hotel. Specially that for me it was my favourite place to stay in the city. Starting at the reception the desk help was not friendly or helpful at all. I requested a low floor due to my earthquake anxiety and her response was due to the fact that you paid ocean view you have to go to the 26th floor. The room “looked” clean however it was beyond dusty to the point that I couldn’t stop sneezing! At 11pm when I finally opened the bed there was a huge cloud of...

"Room was clean, staff very accommodating, Air condition was good, pool was good."

"Pros: The staff was outstanding, helpful, and friendly. The location of the resort is close to the ocean and there are sufficient umbrellas and lounges for everyone. There are 4 freshwater pools to relax and again there are enough lounges and umbrellas for everyone. There are acrivities for children and adults alike. The rooms are spacious, have a balcony and face the ocean. Cons: This resort is a part of the Wyndham Resort family. I am not sure what that means since the quality of the rooms...

"The pool looked more luxurious in the photos, there is no staff working there on a regular basis, but there is a phone near by that i figured out how to use to contact the front desk to make a lunch order to be delivered for the pool area. The staff was great - the only issue I had was with the air conditioning - it was initially too cold but when I turned it off and on throughout my stay the room would have an unpleasant damp smell upon entering. I also forgot to take my allergy medication on...

"Excelente lugar, con muy buena ubicación. Regresaremos."

"Great staff"

"In the heart of Casco Viejo, the first hotel built but you could not tell as it has been remodeled. A lot of history. The place is beautiful and well maintained. We went on a sailing trip for 2 days and the held our bags at no extra cost. The staff is great and the restaurant in the back is absolutely delicious! Lots of great restaurants around as well. There is a Speakeasy nearby called Villa Ana 1928, second floor above the restaurant, don’t miss it!"

"I enjoy the breakfast. It was a buffet breakfast alot of choices and plenty of fresh fruits to choose from"
