"Breakfast"

"Excelente servicios! Volveremos pronto, muy contentos de no tener que preocuparnos por nada! El hotel te ofrece todo lo que se necesita para un gran descanso."

"The bed sheets were soiled in the room. Fixtures in the shower, lamps and toilet were falling a part. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing. It's situated in an ideal location to get around with Uber and taxi services. The restaurant inside the hotel was nice and food came out in a timely manner."

"This hotel seems good value for the location. You can stay in much cheaper places in less desirable areas, and you will pay much more to stay in Casco Viejo, so this is a good mid-range option."

"We always stay there and have a good experience, good breakfast and very nice staff"

"Room was clean, staff very accommodating, Air condition was good, pool was good."

"Pros: The staff was outstanding, helpful, and friendly. The location of the resort is close to the ocean and there are sufficient umbrellas and lounges for everyone. There are 4 freshwater pools to relax and again there are enough lounges and umbrellas for everyone. There are acrivities for children and adults alike. The rooms are spacious, have a balcony and face the ocean. Cons: This resort is a part of the Wyndham Resort family. I am not sure what that means since the quality of the rooms...

"Not ready for in a real life time"

"The pool looked more luxurious in the photos, there is no staff working there on a regular basis, but there is a phone near by that i figured out how to use to contact the front desk to make a lunch order to be delivered for the pool area. The staff was great - the only issue I had was with the air conditioning - it was initially too cold but when I turned it off and on throughout my stay the room would have an unpleasant damp smell upon entering. I also forgot to take my allergy medication on...

"Nice and clean"

"Location +++++ clean +++++ food at restaurant was excellent ,with live music . overall very happy with hotel ,only thing be carful snack and drinks in room is expensive ,but as long as don't use it ,you wont be charge , special thanks to nice young lady in front desk that I forgot to ask her name she was very professional ,friendly and helpful."

"Both rooms lacked air conditioning; in one, the shower head sprayed water widely, and the bathroom sink’s pop-up would drop and fill the basin. I informed management in the morning, returned in the afternoon to find the same issues, and had to stay at another hotel for the rest of my vacation. I am not usually a complainer, but this stay warranted a review."

"For my first trip to Panama, the upscale luxury of the hotel was comforting. Everything was clean, the restaurants (4 plus room service) were amazing. I know that English is a second or third language for Panamanians, but all the customer-facing service personnel were fluent, and that made my stay very comfortable without worrying about the language barrier. I highly recommend this hotel to tourist and business travelers."
