"The spa was very beautiful and serene, loved the water features. My massage with Donna was thorough and relaxing. I would recommend taking a little extra time to enjoy all the amenities.
The staff in the hotel and spa were absolutely fantastic and very helpful. This is a really interesting area with all of the old Bethlehem Steel buildings. Very cool."

"It's a expensive hotel without a lot of amenities. The casino stinks from all the smoking. There's a non-smoking section, but it right next to the smoking section with nothing to stop the smoke. The hotel don't have washers and dryers. You have to request that your room be cleaned and schedule it with the front desk. I won't stay there again. There are better and more affordable hotels in the area."

"Room 307 at several problems; one of the problems was the shower area, had a leak in the shower head around the top. The second problem was where you receive your shampoo from. This unit was broken. The third problem was the refrigerator would not and change your mind close properly. This prevented us from keeping food and drinks cold."

"Staff unhelpful, wet towels in room for use, broke item left I bathroom, no toiletries, got new room, it was just as bad. lots of dust accumulated on surfaces like lamps, tv, desk, ECT. Hair all throughout the bed. Number of burn holes in blanket. Didn't look any farther. Put in for a refund had to go somewhere else"

"The hotel portion was great — the room was clean, comfortable, and somewhere I would absolutely stay again. The location was also convenient, with most event spots within close distance. Unfortunately, the casino itself was underwhelming. The slot selection was mediocre, payouts were low, and the minimum buy-ins for the table games were unreasonably expensive.
